• Managing The Generation Gap Workshop

The Managing the Generation Gap Workshop was very beneficial for me and my wife. We have been married for nearly twenty-five years and we both believe we are trying to raise our children to be able to take care of themselves and not to have to rely on others for their needs. After attending this workshop, I am happy that I did.

The first thing that I learned from the Managing the Generation Gap Workshop was how to motivate our kids in the best way possible. This is the most important step towards raising self-reliant, independent adults. By building a good foundation, you will be able to teach your children to do the same.

When we are parents, we tend to give up all our child's rights. We cannot stand our children asking for more of what we are providing, instead we give in to them until they get it and then we blame them for not learning it the right way.

My wife and I always try to give them the proper discipline and structure they need to become well-rounded and self-sufficient. It has taken a lot of time and a lot of sacrifice on our part. It was really hard for us to give up our own personal time and when we did give up, it seemed like our children didn't gain anything from it.

All of us needed help from each other when raising our children. I found this workshop online and found a mentor and I was able to sit down with him and had an open discussion about our parenting style. We also talked about why parenting style we were using wasn't working for us.

This man and I ended up talking about how our parenting style were not helping us, instead it was hurting us and what we could do to change things. We were able to figure out what was causing our issues and what we could do to fix them. It helped us realize how to better help our children, that is, if we were not fixing our own issues.

I still make mistakes when I am raising my children and at times I am so frustrated with them. I cannot stand my children yelling at me when I have done something wrong or my kids acting out because they don't understand how to behave around me. We were able to talk about these things and I have been able to learn to take control of my life.

Being a single parent was not an easy task because there was no extra help for me. The day after the workshop, I felt like my entire world has turned around. My children want to be taught by me and they respect me for taking charge of their lives again.

Having a good role model in your children is the number one goal when raising them. If you want your children to learn how to be independent, self-sufficient, they will need someone to look up to and follow. I am so thankful that I found this workshop online because it gave me that.

When you are in the process of planning a workshop, you want to make sure that you include enough information to encourage people to sign up. If you only give away the material and tell people not to sign up, you are not giving enough of an incentive for them to sign up. Also, the workshop should be inclusive and give everyone involved an opportunity to speak about their opinions on what the workshop is for.

Next, if you are going to have the workshop, make sure that you hold two separate workshops. One on leadership and another on problem solving. The workshop will seem very interesting if you do these two things, but people may not come to both sessions.

Using the Generational Gap Workshop to help children in your life can only help. If you are not sure how to motivate your children to take responsibility for themselves, getting a workshop online will show you how. It is not just for raising teenagers, it can be used for anyone.
